Laser Treatments

Laser and light therapies have opened up new opportunities to improve your complexion, increase collagen, remove hair, and lessen or eliminate troublesome skin conditions.  We offer FDA-approved, proven light and laser therapies performed by our registered nurse and certified laser technologist Barbara Taylor.  Our Obagi® Nu-derm® products and the Silk Peel (Microderm) treatments offer a perfect complement to these procedures.

Laser Hair Removal: LightSheer™ Diode System
There is a better alternative to hair removal than shaving, tweezing, waxing, or depilatory creams.  The LightSheer Diode laser permanently removes unwanted hair on the face, back, legs, bikini line, or any other area on men and women.

The state-of-the-art laser targets the pigment granules (melanin) in the hair shaft, disabling several hair follicles at a time to eliminate regrowth. Our laser is FDA approved for permanent hair reduction and is virtually painless. Due to hair growth cycles, a satisfactory level of clearance typically requires four to eight treatments at six to eight weeks apart.

PhotoFacial IPL
The PhotoFacial utilizing intense pulsed light (IPL) technology offers the only effective method to simultaneously treat all-over facial redness, rosacea, pigmented brown spots, sun damage, skin texture, and collagen structure. PhotoFacial treatment is gentle on the face and typically requires no downtime.  Four to six one-hour treatments may be required to achieve desired results.

Iriderm Diolite™ 532
The Diolite 532 laser treats facial blood vessels and broken capillaries that are bright red in color.  This laser is best used for spot treatment of facial vessels or pigmentation. Two to three treatments may be needed to eliminate redness or pigmentation.
